Q. Where can I buy bujiii treats products?
All of our current range is available to purchase online - we also sell our products at select craft fayres and markets! Head to our 'Events' page to see where we are heading next!
Q. Can I add items to an order once it has been confirmed?
If you contact us before we have processed your order we can make adjustments for you, please contact us at hello@bujiiitreats.com with your order number and we'll do our very best! We please ask that you send any issues or queries via email and not via Facebook / Instagram message just in case they are missed!
If you contact after your order has been processed unfortunately we will be unable to make adjustments.
Q. Can I return my items if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds if you change your mind on a scent or a scent is not to your taste.
Q. what should I do if my items are faulty?
We hand pour and hand pack all of our products with lots of care so they should arrive with you in the best condition possible, however if there is any issues with your delivery please email us at hello@bujiiitreats.com with your order number, the issue and photographic evidence where possible please and we will be in contact within 24 hours.
For faulty products we will be able to send you a replacement or issue a refund for you!
